Width adjustment positioning for cutting of slab is designed and automated in such a manner which saves time and deducts the use of hydraulics, up and down movement of disc is regulated by screw which saves time and increases productivity, as well as gives sturdiness to the cutters, by zero backlash.

Line polish

This machine is an unique equipment for polishing slabs and ideally suited for continuous production.

The Slab moves to various polishing heads on the moving conveyer belt. The polishing is done by individual polishing heads placed on the line of moving conveyer belt while Slab is moving. The movement of conveyer belt can be varied depending upon the type, hardness and size of the Slabs. Similarly, each polishing heads is provided with pneumatic cylinder by which polishing disc are pressed upon moving Slabs for efficient polishing.

The pressure can also be adjusted depending upon the type of material, surface and quality of polish required.

The multi stage polishing machine on single machine delivers the perfect polish of the Slabs.
